Modded Sims 4 is a series in which Betty and Dylan create a strange family with distorted features thanks to hilarious addons. The family goes on numerous adventures, making strange friends and partaking in memorable activities.

Members of the family include:

• Peter Capaldi-Caruso - A (wo)man with a shocking resemblance to Peter Capaldi, despite the wide head. Arguably the best character of the series, with many hilarious moments and his infamous "Don't forget to click below!" saying.

• Finn Stevens - An ancient vampire with a very cheesy smile.

• Malcolm Caruso - Peter's son with an incredibly thin head, the only one in the family that can read.

• Luka Caruso - The first character made, who set the wide headed template.
