GMod Addon Reviews features an array of characters that expand on the series' lore and help to structure the story.

MAIN CHARACTERS

Betty is the Officer in-charge of the Eclipse, newly promoted in Episode 1. While at-first she is shocked and concerned about the state of the ship and crew, over the course of the first few episodes she mellows out and begins to enjoy her time aboard the ship.

Dylan is a resident of the Eclipse, and is a shareholder in the parent company, giving him free-reign aboard the ship. He chooses to lead the flight deck, and also frequently pilots the Valkyrie on missions, scavenges and adventures. While he started out with a careless attitude, over the course of the first few episodes he became more empathetic and focused, out of respect for Betty.

Thomas is a resident of the Eclipse, and is a shareholder in the parent comany, giving him free reign on the ship. He chooses to act as the head of Security, and often accompanies Dylan co-piloting the Valkyrie on missions, scavenges and adventures. He has a tough personality, with an enjoyment of fighting villains. He specializes in axe-throwing and wielding heavy-duty weapons. He toned down his violent tendancies out of respect for Betty.

SIDE CHARACTERS
FREQUENT

Marge (Also known as Big Marge) is a mutated and deformed humanoid that started out as Dylan's lab assistant in Episode 1. It was clear that she had a nasty drug habit, and while seeking a high experimented on herself until she became largely deformed and vibrant blue. It is believed that she has gained powers from this, such as potential immortality and resistance to electrocution, among other unknown abilities.

Dr. Digital is a leading scientist and head of the Scientific department on the Eclipse. He mainly remains on-board the ship working on experiments, but sometimes accompanies the crew on their adventures, or helps out when they are in-need. He always wears his red-tinted hazmat suit.

SIDE CHARACTERS
INFREQUENT

The Deputy Head of Security is a man that works closely with Thomas when he is on the job. He wears vibrant blue bullet-proof clothing and often uses heavy weaponry, as Thomas does. He has yet to have a speaking role, and has only appeared in Episode 3.

"Dave" is a member of the crew that works as a technician. He leads a sad life, with a wife often in ill health. The main members of the crew seem to lack any care for his well-being, often forgetting his name or being dismissive of his issues. Betty shows sympathy towards him, but the others seem to overlook his problems. He was last seen being flattened by the Valkyrie in the repair bay, but he is believed to have survived. He has only appeared in Episode 5.

"Chris" is an older member of the Flight crew, with several distinctive features such as a damaged eye. He has a stern appearance and spends the majority of his time in the Flight room, rarely taking a break. He has yet to have a speaking role and has only appeared in Episode 6.

Cecil is the owner and founder of the Eclipse's parent company, with shares in it having been bought by Thomas and Dylan, among other potential investors. Despite having been mentioned a few times since Episode 1, he has yet to make an appearance, and his personality is unknown.

BACKGROUND CHARACTERS

The background crew of the ship wears distinctive clothing that represents their ranks and jobs. There are four levels to the crew system, with Level 1s being Interns and Office workers, Level 2s being general Lab workers and technicians, Level 3s being security and flight crew, and Level 4s being the department leaders, commanders, officers and, of course, the shareholders.

Crew dressed in Sci-Fi overalls are designated Flight crew, who work mainly in either the primary or secondary flight rooms. Chris is a part of this department, as was Marge in her original form.

Crew dressed in orange hazmat suits work dangerous conditions, mainly taking part in the more hazardous experiments. Dr. Digital is the head of their sector, with his hazmat suit having a distinctive red hue. There are also Thomas' personal assistants that wear yellow tinted hazmat suits (In episode 1, they also wore Orange, but have since changed to stand out.)

Crew in heavy-duty, bullet-proof clothing work as higher levels of security, mainly staying in the Security Office or at the posts situated by the staircases of each level. Thomas wears a suit of this variety, and the Deputy Head of Security wears a blue variation.

Crew wearing regular suits have a range of jobs, with many working as security members and others as office workers. Many members of these departments were massacred on the visit to IKEA in episode 2, and by the Replicators in Episode 3. They have yet to be replaced, with few people responding to the Eclipse's job offers, leaving the crew at a very low number.

Crew in blue jumpsuits work as technicians in various different departments, such as in the repair bay or as maintenance in the engine rooms or servers. Dave is a part of this department.

Crew in lab coats or white overalls are the ship's scientists, though many of them were massacred in episodes 2 and 3, meaning none have appeared on-screen as of Episode 7.
